Leonardo Bonucci has thanked Lazio fans who dedicated a song to his son Matteo on Sunday, chanting his name and wishing him well after he recovered from a serious illness.

“Thanks to the Lazio fans for the song at the end. Respect and honor to you,” Bonucci wrote on Instagram.
