Around J is happy to invite all of you to this fantastic day in the Alps, just before Juventus-Porto. This is the plan:

• 9AM: departure from the Around J Hotel in Turin (Piazza Pasini 3) 
• 10.30AM: arrival at Bardonecchia/Melezet
• Melezet (1300mt altitude) – Chesal (1820mt altitude) chairlift. Relax, sun, snow and drinks.
• 1PM: Lunch at Chesal1805 Restaurant
• 4.30PM: departure to Turin
• 6PM: arrival at the JStadium and prematch in front of Curva Sud. Meeting Point: the van selling beers/sandwiches in front of Curva Sud Gate C, next to the parking entrance. LIVE video with all the 530.000 followers of the Around J Facebook page 🙂 Note: we normally enter the JStadium not later than 8PM
• 8.45PM: Juventus-Porto 
• 11.30PM: dinner at La Medusa restaurant, Piazza Pasini 3, Turin

We will have a bus at our disposal for the full day, from 9AM to 11.45PM. Price for AJ Premium members is 55€, for not members is 60€.

The price for the chairlift is around 7€ per person. Lunch and dinner will be paid directly by the participants depending on what you want to eat (more or less 20€-25€ for lunch and 15€-20€ for dinner). There will be most likely also a TV troupe from Champions League coming with us to film part of the day for the Champions League magazine and website. We will be around 25-30 people at least with many different nationalities represented… is going to be great!

The Chesal 1805 Bar and Restaurant is located on the slopes of Melezet, in Bardonecchia, a beautiful village in the upper Val di Susa and a popular tourist destination in both winter and summer.

In the heart of the Melezet ski area, located at the top of the Melezet-Chesal chairlift and only a short distance from the Snowpark, Chesal 1805 is an ideal place to take a break from skiing, relax in the sun or entertain children.

Originally the departure station for the Selletta ski lift, today the Chesal restaurant has been completely renovated, expanded and re-modernised. Along with the bar and the self-service station (open throughout the winter season), an à la carte restaurant has been added where you will find beautiful décor, large windows framing the Guglia Rossa and the Valle Stretta and terraces to soak up the sun.

The perfect place to enjoy a quick, tasty snack at the bar, or have lunch in our restaurant, combining traditional Valsusina cuisine with other innovative and appetising dishes.

The restaurant is furnished with wooden features, creating the vibe of a chic mountain chalet, with a wall featuring large windows that offer stunning views. At the entrance to the restaurant we have a lounge area where you can relax in an informal setting.

The whole of Chesal is equipped with WiFi, an area to charge mobile phones and a large games area, where both children and adults can entertain themselves with the numerous games available. 

A large lawn area with deck chairs and various games will make your day on the mountain even more memorable!

The Chesal 1805 Restaurant, Bardonecchia, is not only a resting point but also a place to socialise on the slopes of Melezet, as we serve up the history of our valley.

Fresh ingredients, a passion for food and our love for tradition set us apart, allowing us to satisfy the needs of skiers, athletes or those who simply want to relax in the mountains. The Restaurant Chesal 1805 is a unique and magical place, perfect during the day for a break from the slopes – perhaps accompanied by a delicious hot meal prepared by our chef – and when the sun goes down, for a memorable evening with great wine under the stars, while the restaurant’s snowcats await, to take you back down the mountain.

The restaurant provides indoor and outdoor seating and is a wonderful place to hold wedding lunches or dinners, sports awards, birthday parties and ceremonies.

The restaurant is open from 12:00 midday until 3:00pm and with a reservation, also for dinner.

We provide a rich menu featuring mountain dishes, classic Italian dishes and typical products from the Alps.
