Reflecting on the player’s first season with Juventus, the agent of Marko Pjaca insists his client suffered serious misfortune but insists he will play a vital role for the Bianconeri moving forward.
“The lad was very unlucky with those two injuries which stopped him,” Marko Naletilic told the TuttoJuve website. “Unfortunately he didn’t have the opportunity to make the most of his skills.
“It was a very unlucky season, but he showed his potential in some games he played and everyone considers him a potentially great player. He is predestined to play at the highest levels, he’ll be very important for the future of Juventus.
“His recovery? The therapy is going very well, progress is being made. I can’t confirm October as a recovery time, the doctor [Pier Paolo] Mariani does miracles with players and works to have them recover as soon as possible.
“I’m of the opinion that it’s better to come back a month later, rather than rush back and risk getting injured again. The important thing is not to pressure him and not to rush his return to the pitch.”
